No steel strip modeling technology: One of the biggest defects of the current continuous winding production equipment is that it is necessary to use closed-loop steel strips to establish a pipeline core mold. Due to the elastic effect of the steel strips, the curing of the resin is affected and the pipeline leakage is easily caused. There will be spiral ripples on the inner wall of the pipeline, which will affect the hydraulic properties of the pipeline. The steel strip is easy to deform or break and damage due to rigid fatigue during use, generally, the steel strip needs to be replaced every 1km or so of production. The process of replacing the steel strip is complicated, the technical requirements are high, the welding of the steel strip is difficult, the specialty is strong, and the use of the steel strip is labor-consuming and time-consuming. 65 manganese steel has about 8000 people per ton and 70 manganese steel has about 20000 yuan per ton, which increases the operating cost. In view of this defect, our newly developed continuous winding production equipment has realized the innovative change of core mold construction without steel strip, which can greatly reduce the cost of consumables, shorten the mold change time and improve production efficiency. The operation of non-steel belt entanglement equipment is more stable, the production efficiency and pipeline quality are further improved, and the cost of raw materials and equipment operation is further reduced, so it is more suitable for market demand and has stronger market competitiveness. At present, the continuous production equipment for small-diameter FRP pipes without steel belts has been mass-produced and applied in Changsha and other places on a large scale, which has been highly recognized by users. Continuous production equipment for large-diameter FRP pipes without steel belts and continuous production equipment for large-diameter FRP pipes without steel belts and hollow walls have been successfully developed and have applied for national patents.

A variety of wet extrusion sand technology. Through the high-strength extrusion of resin mortar, the resin content of sand-filled layer can be reduced from 15-18% of conventional bulk sand-filled layer to 7-8%, which greatly reduces the cost of raw materials. At the same time, the compactness of sand-filled layer is increased, the structural strength of the pipeline is improved, and the problem of small interlayer shear force of sand-filled pipeline by reciprocating winding cloth pocket method is effectively solved. This production process can replace the centrifugal casting production process and provide users with FRP pipes with better mechanical properties.

On-line winding fiber reinforced thermoplastic pipe forming technology has developed a new way for the innovation and upgrading of FRP pipe enterprises; lightweight high-strength hollow wall structure pipe forming technology and new grid wall structure pipe forming technology can produce FRP with lower cost and higher ring stiffness Pipes can also provide a variety of high-strength and lightweight solutions for glass steel pipes and tank products.
