  3. Core technology:
  1. To improve the bonding performance of the resin system and the glass fiber interface, it is necessary to design a special modified resin formula.
  2. Adequate bonding of matrix resin and glass fiber. The yarn needs to be spread evenly, and a unique dipping process is adopted to ensure that the glass fiber is completely impregnated in the resin system, and each fiber is fully wrapped by the resin, and the fiber and the resin are completely fused, so as to ensure uniform fiber tension and ensure cured fiber. The reinforced material becomes a stressed whole, thereby increasing the strength of the material.
  3. The fiber is completely soaked, and no micro-bubbles are formed during the production process, so the pipeline has the ability to withstand high pressure.
  ④ By changing the winding angle and laying sequence, the tensile strength of the pipe in the axial and hoop directions can be designed, the strength of the pipe can be flexibly designed, and the compactness between the winding layers and the sealing performance of the pipe can be improved.
