Product Description
1. The continuous glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite pipe is called "pipe ceiling". Rigid, highly viscous, recyclable new thermoplastic composite pipe. The material combines the dual excellent properties of continuous glass fiber and thermoplastic resin, and the new material formed has excellent performance.
2. Pipe advantages:
① Glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite material, which combines the advantages of glass fiber high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength pressure and thermoplastic plastics' good flexibility, corrosion resistance, light weight, stable performance and recyclable performance Fully integrated and exerted, its product performance has been fundamentally improved.
②Continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic winding layer, its tensile strength can reach 750MPa, which is 30 times that of PE100 (only about 25MPa), and its hoop tensile strength can reach more than 12 times that of PE100, the nominal pressure rating of the pipeline ≥4.0MPa, no cracking or leakage in the hydrostatic test;
③The production of thermoplastic resin is a purely physical reaction, no small molecule toxic substances are produced, safe and environmentally friendly;

3. Core technology:
1. To improve the bonding performance of the resin system and the glass fiber interface, it is necessary to design a special modified resin formula.
2. Adequate bonding of matrix resin and glass fiber. The yarn needs to be spread evenly, and a unique dipping process is adopted to ensure that the glass fiber is completely impregnated in the resin system, and each fiber is fully wrapped by the resin, and the fiber and the resin are completely fused, so as to ensure uniform fiber tension and ensure cured fiber. The reinforced material becomes a stressed whole, thereby increasing the strength of the material.
3. The fiber is completely soaked, and no micro-bubbles are formed during the production process, so the pipeline has the ability to withstand high pressure.
④ By changing the winding angle and laying sequence, the tensile strength of the pipe in the axial and hoop directions can be designed, the strength of the pipe can be flexibly designed, and the compactness between the winding layers and the sealing performance of the pipe can be improved.
