In the first half of the year, 17,600 new water conservancy projects were started across the country, with an investment scale of 720.8 billion yuan, of which 1,095 projects had an investment of more than 100 million yuan.
In the first half of the year, the country invested 783.2 billion yuan in water conservancy construction, including 476.2 billion yuan in central and local financial funds, and 307 billion yuan in local government special bonds, bank loans, and social capital. 22 provinces have invested more than 10 billion yuan, of which 8 provinces including Zhejiang, Anhui, Hubei, Guangdong, Sichuan, Jiangxi, Yunnan, and Jiangsu have exceeded 40 billion yuan, which effectively guarantees the funding demand for large-scale water conservancy construction.
